Everstead Home Services collects only the information you give us directly through our quote request: your name, email, phone number, and project details. We use this solely to respond to your request and, if you hire us, to schedule and complete the work.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties except services strictly needed to operate, each bound to keep it confidential.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information at any time by emailing contact@eversteadhs.com.
Refund Policy
If you're not satisfied with completed work, contact us at contact@eversteadhs.com within 7 days and we'll return to correct it at no charge.
Deposits for scheduled jobs are refundable if you cancel more than 48 hours before the appointment. Cancellations inside 48 hours may forfeit the deposit to cover reserved time.
Refunds for materials already purchased on your behalf are handled case by case.
Terms & Conditions
By requesting a quote or hiring Everstead Home Services, you agree that quoted prices are estimates based on the information provided and may be adjusted if the scope changes on-site.
We perform general handyman-level work only. Tasks requiring a licensed specialty trade (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, etc.) are outside our scope, and we'll advise you to hire a licensed professional when that's the case.
Access to the property and a safe working area are the client's responsibility.
